1 Deal Away provides educational content, tools, and community access related to real estate investing, specifically house flipping. The Service is informational and educational only. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or real estate advice.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the results you may achieve. Real estate investing carries significant risk, including the risk of total loss. Prior results — ours, members', or anyone else's — do not guarantee future outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, capital, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
Program fees, payment terms, and refund policies will be disclosed prior to enrollment. Once enrolled, all sales are subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in immediate termination of access and legal action to recover costs.
All content, videos, templates, tools, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Leelynd Jackson and/or 1 Deal Away and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our materials. Violations may result in termination of access without refund and legal action.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) misrepresent your identity; (c) share login credentials or program materials with non-members; (d) harass, threaten, or harm other members or staff; (e) use the Service to compete against 1 Deal Away.
Anything you post in the community (questions, deal analyses, comments) may be used by us in anonymized form for marketing or educational purposes. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to do so.
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us, including automated messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails. Message and data rates may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Deal Away, Leelynd Jackson, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost deals, financial losses, or property damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Deal Away and its owners, affiliates, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your real estate activities, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without refund, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the community or the business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
You agree that any claims will be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
